This camera is positioned just south of junction 30 on the verge between the Northbound carriageway and the exit slip-road which ascends to the overhead traffic island. It can be facing north or south and can zoom-in on incidents.

 

The camera's position can be clearly seen on SideBySide on recent data from Google Streetview.
